The city of Madison announced that construction for the two State Street Bus Rapid Transit stations is set to begin on Feb. 19, WMTV15 reports.
The work will begin between West Gorham Street and West Dayton Street. A single, westbound traffic lane will be available for vehicle deliveries, according to city officials.
Both stations’ construction is expected to be complete by April 26. Bike traffic and sidewalks will remain open in both directions. A full list of Metro Transit bus route detours is available online.
