Henry Hamilton Partners LLC, is proposing a six-story condo tower at 222 S. Hamilton St. in Madison. It is the first condo development proposed in a decade, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
The building would replace a 63-year-old, two-story office building with 19 condominiums, most with views of Lake Monona, some office space, and parking.
Thus far, it complies with zoning requirements of the 1997 Bassett Street Neighborhood Master Plan. If it sails through the approval process, the project could break ground later this fall and open next summer.
