Concerts on the Square returns to the square

Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra (WCO) announced that Concerts on the Square will return to the Capitol Square this summer after a two-year hiatus. The WCO will play a six-concert series with no restrictions beginning June 29 and running through Aug. 3. The lineup is:

  • June 29 — Motown with Spectrum;
  • July 6 — Summer Celebration;
  • July 13 — Reflections on Liberty;
  • July 20 — The Planets & Ho-Chunk;
  • July 27 — Rachmaninov’s Third; and
  • Aug. 3 — Finale with Foley.

Each performance begins at 7 p.m. and attendees can begin putting down blankets to reserve spots around the Capitol at 3 p.m.
