Area residents have signed a petition outlining issues with a T. Wall Enterprises development that’s planned for the corner of South Park Street and Fish Hatchery Road, a Cap Times report notes.
The mixed-use development proposal features three buildings ranging from three to five stories and includes 164 apartments, 6,000 square feet of commercial space, and 5,000 feet of “live-work” space.
The proposed development passed the Madison Plan Commission and is slated to go before City Council June 16, but neighbors are taking issue with parking, traffic and safety, water quality, and building height.
