On April 8, the Urban Design Commission will consider plans for an east side Chick-fil-A and building alterations for a possible Cheesecake Factory restaurant, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. If the projects move forward, the proposed Chick-fil-A at 4210 E. Washington Ave. would be the chain’s second location in the city. The Cheesecake Factory would move into a renovated building at 66 West Towne Way.
