After hours of contentious debate that may signal a partisan battle ahead, the Wisconsin Elections Commission has agreed to issue an order to recount ballots in two heavily liberal counties at President Donald Trump’s request, according to a report from the Associated Press.
Trump has paid the $3 million required for the recounts in Milwaukee and Dane counties. The commission took six hours to debate the recount and issue the order.
