Commercial space, apartments eyed for Park Street

T. Wall Enterprises wants to build a mixed-use development at the corner of Fish Hatchery Road and Park Street. The new complex would include more than 13,000 square feet of commercial space, 180 apartments, and six townhouses. The site is across the road from the developer’s Wingra Point Residences on High Street and adjacent to the new Wingra Family Medical Center. The project is on its way to the Urban Design Commission.
