Colony Brands, formerly known as The Swiss Colony, has signed a long-term lease with STAG Industrial, Inc. for a 427,000-sq.-ft. warehouse/distribution house at 1615 Commerce Drive in the Sun Prairie Business Park. The combined warehouse and office space also includes 31 loading docks and is one of the largest available contiguous blocks of warehouse and distribution space in Wisconsin, according to a release.
