Colombian restaurant to open on Madison’s east side

Columbian restaurant La Pollera Colombiana will replace OM Indian Fusion Cuisine at 3579 E. Washington Ave., according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. La Pollera will serve chicken, beef, and pork dishes accompanied by rice and beans. The restaurant expects to open by late October or early November, pending a health department inspection.
