Williamson Street will welcome Colectivo’s newest Madison location on Dec. 3.
The shop, located within the new Irwin development at 836 Williamson St., will open at 6:30 a.m. and offer a full menu of Colectivo espresso drinks, coffee and cold brew. It will also serve all-day breakfast, sandwiches and bakery items made in-house.
The 2,100-square-foot space can seat 50 indoors and 22 outside.
This is Madison’s fourth Colectivo cafe and the Milwaukee roaster’s 22nd.
“Willy Street has an energy and a sense of community that we’ve admired for years,” Scott Isabella, president of Colectivo Coffee, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to be opening our doors here and to share our coffee, food and neighbourhood gathering place with this incredible community.”
