Colectivo Coffee Roasters on Monday announced that it plans to open a new location in Madison at 826 Williamson St. in fall 2025.
The Milwaukee-based cafe will offer espresso drinks, coffee and cold brew on tap, all-day breakfast, sandwiches and homemade bakery items. The new space will be approximately 2,100 square feet, with indoor seating for 60 and outdoor seating for 25. The café will be located within Irwin — a new Williamson Street development.
Colectivo opened its first Madison location in 2013. It currently has three Madison locations, along with 18 cafes in Milwaukee and Chicago.
