UW Athletics and Coldplay announced that the British rock band will play at Camp Randall Stadium next year, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The concert will be held on July 19, 2025, and is part of Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres World Tour. The band is a seven-time Grammy Award winner, headlined the Super Bowl 50 halftime show, and is one of the highest-grossing active bands.
The show represents the first concert at Camp Randall in 28 years. The last performance was by The Rolling Stones in 1997.
Prospective attendees can sign up for the ticket presale here through Thursday at 9 a.m. The presale starts here on Friday at 9 a.m., followed by the general sale Friday at noon.
