CocoVaa Chocolatier on Saturday will open its new, $1.2 million space in a converted 1972 office building and former law office at 10 Odana Court, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Owner Syovata Edari purchased and renovated the spot to create enough room to house a shop and chocolate factory.
Edari, a James Beard Award semifinalist and the winner of 30 Academy of Chocolate awards, sells handcrafted, small-batch chocolate truffles and chocolate bark by the pound. The business offers a seasonally-rotating selection featuring diverse global flavors.
The new CocoVaa space will allow Edari to roughly quadruple production and increase shipping, she said.
