Coca-Cola is hoping more people have a Coke and a smile after announcing on Wednesday its new CEO will take the reins in early 2026.
The Coca-Cola board elected Henrique Braun, its COO, to the position, and he will begin March 31. James Quincey, Coke’s current chairman and CEO, will transition to executive chairman of the company.
Braun has worked at Coca-Cola for three decades, previously leading operations in Brazil, Latin America, Greater China and South Korea. He has held positions overseeing Coke’s supply chain, new business development, marketing, innovation, general management and bottling operations.
