Downtown Madison’s Cinn City Smash food truck business is expanding with a second food truck this year, Madison Magazine reports. Co-owners Maximus Perdomo and Rutger Schiesser launched the business, which sells food such asburgers, fries and churros, two years ago.
On its opening night in summer 2023, the truck parked outside South Park Street’s Cordial bar and served roughly 300 people. This year, Cinn City Smash will park outside of bars throughout downtown Madison and on the city’s east side. Perdomo and Schiesser say the business’ “home base” will be outside of I/O Arcade Bar on Williamson Street.
Throughout the rest of 2025, the pair say they will make a number of festival appearances with both trucks as well.
