The Hilldale Shopping Center is about to get a lot colder and sweeter when Chocolate Shoppe moves in next year after leaving the shopping mall in 2005.
WMTV reports that there is no opening date, but the owner of Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company confirmed the shop would open sometime in 2026 in the Hilldale Shopping Center.
The ice cream shop, a local, family-owned business, opened in 1962, and has multiple locations across Madison.
