Madison’s Chocolate Shoppe will open its locations early on Feb. 1 to celebrate National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day. Beginning at 8 a.m., the company’s Madison-area ice cream shops will offer ice cream donut sandwiches with donuts from Greenbush Bakery, as well as house-made waffle sundaes. There will also be opportunities to win prizes and treats.
Attendees are encouraged to wear pajamas. The event will run until the treats are gone at Chocolate Shoppe’s locations on Atwood Avenue, Fordem Avenue, Gemini Drive, State Street, Monroe Street, Midvale Boulevard, North Grand Avenue, Research Park Drive, and Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue.
