Chicago hot dog restaurant eyeing Madison

Portillo’s, a Chicago-based restaurant chain, debuts in Brookfield this month and is planning to expand around the state, including Madison, according to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The fast-casual chain is  known for its Chicago-style hot dogs and chocolate cake.
