Huron Consulting Group of Chicago, a publicly traded firm, will purchase Vonlay, a Middleton-based consulting firm that caters to users of Epic Systems software. Terms were undisclosed, but the deal should be completed in May.
The office will remain in Middleton and may even add to its 130-employee workforce, according to reports.
