GetCulture, Inc. opened at 501 Tasman St. in Madison. The start-up, a retail spinoff of Dairy Connection, Inc., is targeting hobbyists who are interested in making their own cheese. Dairy Connection, Inc. has been providing cheesemaking ingredients and equipment to dairies and artisans since 1999.
