Charter Communications announced a plan to permanently raise its minimum wage to $20 per hour over the next two years for all employees. A $1.50 increase will be immediate for hourly front line employees in the field and customer operation groups. The company will also add a $1.50 per hour raise to employees earning merit pay in March 2021.Â
By 2022, the starting rate for all hourly employees will be $20 per hour.
