Centro Hispano’s Tres Reyes Celebration returns this weekend

Centro Hispano announced in a recent press release its Tres Reyes Celebration, a tradition that brings families together to celebrate the Three Kings, will be held Jan. 20 from 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Thanks to donations from United Way of Dane County, Toys for Tots, Kennedy Communications, Willy Street Coop, Madison Reading Project, Quarles, members of the community, and volunteers, Centro can bring back this event which invites children and their families to reconnect with their cultural roots at its 810 West Badger Road location.

The event will feature:

  • Rosca de reyes, a traditional holiday pastry, and hot cocoa;
  • Gifts for attending children; and
  • A picture with the Three Kings.

The Tres Reyes Celebration is open to all members of the community.
