In a letter thanking supporters, Centro Hispano of Dane County announced that its first community-wide appeal held in October raised over $120,000 for the agency.
The goal of $100,000 was set to make up for the loss of revenue from the organization’s canceled annual gala. Matching funds from UW Health jump-started the virtual campaign.
