Centro Hispano, in partnership with OutReach LGBTQ+ Community Center and Vivent Health, will provide HIV/STI testing during Thursday, Oct. 15 Mercadito hours from 5–7 p.m., according to Madison365. Centro Hispano’s Mercadito, held every Thursday, is a community event featuring several food and craft vendors.
The testing will be free of charge and offered at Centro Hispano’s 801 W. Badger Road location. The event aims to highlight prevention of HIV/STI transmission through education, awareness, and access to resources for care and treatment.
