Rural Sourcing Inc., an onshore digital engineering firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire Centare, a digital business and technology consultancy, according to a release from Rural Sourcing. Centair’s Madison and Milwaukee offices will join Rural Sourcing to expand software product design and development capabilities. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
