A new southeast Asian food cart called KC Taste has joined Madison’s Carts in the Parks, according to The Capital Times. The business launched in June and, despite getting a late start in the 2023 Madison outdoor vending season, secured a spot near the Biergarten at Olbrich Park.
The menu includes a diverse mix of Asian cuisines, including Thai, Laotian, Hmong, and Korean dishes, some with an American twist.
The food cart is open several nights weekly from 5–8:30 p.m.
