The Capital Area Regional Planning Committee has approved plans for a new residential development just off Hwy. 12 in Cambridge called the Vineyards at Cambridge. The residential community will include a mix of as many as 46 single-family home lots, up to 18 condos, and some upscale apartments. The design also calls for a 36-acre winery that will be operated by Madison resident Frank Peregrine, a wine enthusiast, entrepreneur, and certified master gardener.
