Capitol Bank announced the April 7 opening of Capitol Bank East, at 5427 Eastpark Blvd., in the American Center. The location will be led by David Robbins, market president, and supported by Teri Erickson, bank manager; Matt Roegner, SVP/commercial lending; and universal bankers LaChelle Tabbert, Caitlin Timms, and Autumn Nelson.
