The Capital Times has launched its own website this week, ending its partnership with the Wisconsin State Journal at Madison.com, according to a statement from the company. The two newspapers have been digital partners on Madison.com since 1996. The company says the stand-alone website will eliminate confusion over the two intermingled newspaper titles and also better reflect the company’s mission.
