The Madison City Council approved $3.45 million in tax incremental financing for an 11-story mixed-use project from Stone House Development slated for the 1000 block of East Washington Avenue where the vacant Madison Dairy Produce and Straus Printing buildings currently stand.
The development would add about 200 housing units, a quarter of which would offer affordable housing, 61,000 square feet of office space, 18,000 square feet of retail, and 400 parking spaces.
