Plow, a farm-to-table restaurant in Cambridge, will close after serving its last meal on Jan. 11, and will be retooled with a new menu, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.

Owners Charles and Treena Fiesel have operated the restaurant for four years and plan to reopen in April with a new menu that will focus on wood-fired pizza.

Plow is the ninth restaurant to occupy the building at 159 W. Main St. in Cambridge.
