The 11 N. Allen St. property, home to Cafe Domestique West, Glou Glou wine bar and a three-bedroom apartment, is for sale.
The Cap Times reported both businesses have long-term leases there and were told by Dan Coppola, who owns Domestique, that he believes the current owner, Evan Gruzis, wants a new owner who will act as a landlord like Gruzis, not an owner-operator.
Located in the Regent neighborhood, the building is listed at $1 million.
