C&D Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of reserve power systems and electronic power supply, announced it may move its Milwaukee plant to Reynosa, Mexico. The company, which employs about 200 in Milwaukee, said it has one of the highest cost structures in the industry and is evaluating all options. The Pennsylvania-based company has already invested more than $20 million into the Milwaukee plant.
