Burst pipe causes GHC’s Sauk Trails Clinic to temporarily close

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin’s Sauk Trails Clinic is temporarily closed due to a water main pipe that burst Monday.

Staff and patients were safely evacuated, but scheduled appointments have been canceled.

This includes primary care, behavioral health, GHC-SCW Foundations intensive outpatient program, chiropractic, PT/OT and health education.

Laboratory and pharmacy services are also unavailable and may result in delays of results or prescriptions.

“We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure the safety of our space,” the health cooperative said in a statement. “Additional updates will be posted on its website as soon as they are available.”
