Bucky’s Varsity Meats, formerly Bucky’s Butchery, has a new space within the $57.1 million Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery building.
The lobby store was made possible with donations from companies including Johnsonville Sausage, Usinger Meats, Dane County Pork Producers, and Lodi Sausage Co. The new store is open for online ordering and curbside pickup.
