Signs of progress continue in the $60 million Monona Riverfront Redevelopment Project from Galway Cos.
Buck & Honey’s restaurant opens Monday, July 15 in “The Current,” a mixed-use building that will also have some designated boat slips along the Yahara River. The opening will be the restaurant’s second, with its flagship in Sun Prairie.
In addition to the restaurant’s 180-seat capacity, it will have a 100-plus seat event space and a conference room for 16.
