Bubrick’s Complete Office has acquired Stevens Point-based Emmons Business Interiors (EBI) and Office Supplies 2 U, making it the largest independent distributor of business products in the state, as well as the largest reseller of office furniture, according to a release. Terms were undisclosed.
The combined company will be named Complete Office of Wisconsin and have about 150 employees and combined sales of more than $50 million. Branch locations will continue in Appleton, Sheboygan, and Madison.
Furniture operations will continue under the EBI name, with business products operations conducted under the Complete Office of Wisconsin name.
