The owners of Brocach Irish Pub on the Capitol Square announced the establishment will close April 7, according to a Wisconsin State Journalstory.
The restaurant, which often had a bagpiper playing outside during Saturday morning farmers markets, has been on the Square at 7 W. Main St. for 15 years.
The building’s new owners will likely replace it with a new “national” restaurant, although it is not known which chain is being pursued at this point.
