Move over Bailey’s Irish Cream, there’s a new cream liqueur in town.

Mount Horeb’s Brix Cider recently launched its new cream liqueur in more than 50 locations across Wisconsin, Wisconsin Public Radio reports.

According to Brix Cider co-owner Matt Raboin, Bailey’s Irish Cream is the state’s top-selling cream liqueur, and has been for over 50 years.

He hopes Brix can change that with Wisco Cream.

“Why would we buy most of our cream liqueur from Ireland? We’re the dairy state,” Raboin told Wisconsin Public Radio. “Any product that can support our Wisconsin dairy farmers, I think, is a great thing.”
