A new bakery, Bri’s Fresh Bakes, will open a Sun Prairie storefront on Saturday, Madison Magazine reports.
The business, which got its start five years ago at the Sun Prairie Farmers’ Market, will have a permanent location at 1225 W. Main St. and have a grand opening March 28 from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. or until items sell out.
Bri’s will sell pastries, breads and cookies out of an open-concept kitchen visible to customers. There will also be a rotating menu of seasonal items.
