Sun Prairie will have a new bakery next spring at 1225 W. Main St., the Cap Times reports.
Bri’s Fresh Bakes, a favorite at the Sun Prairie Farmers’ Market since 2021, will be situated in downtown Sun Prairie, and will sell pastries, loaves of sourdough, cinnamon rolls and a croissant-muffin hybrid called cruffins.
