The Club Tavern in Middleton at 1915 Branch St. will be replaced by Elixir, a restaurant and brewpub, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. Dale Beck, the owner of the Club Tavern since 2019, is renovating the space and will add outdoor lighting and enhancements before reopening under the new name.
