Garth Beyer, a Hiebing employee, will be opening a craft beer bar of a quieter sort on Monroe Street this fall, according to a Capital Timesstory.
Garth’s Brew Bar will be located across from Orange Tree Imports at 1726 Monroe St. and offer American-made craft beers from independent brewers. The 2,150-square-foot space is expected to have more of a sophisticated coffee shop vibe with only minimal food offerings.
Beyer plans to continue working at Hiebing after the business opens, which should be no later than Nov. 1.
