Ted Krez and Rick Wilde, formerly of Colliers International, will open a new commercial real estate firm in Madison on Monday, Aug. 19. Breakwater Commercial, LLC will focus on the multifamily asset class and specialize in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate, according to a release. The business will be located at 211 Paterson St. #1.
