BioForward CEO Laura Bray has announced that she will leave the organization effective May 1, according to a report in the Milwaukee Business Journal. Succeeding her will be Lisa Johnson, who is currently vice president of entrepreneurship and innovation at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. Johnson will start May 4.

Bray joined BioForward Inc., a member-driven state association advocating on behalf of the life sciences, in November after Bryan Renk, who had been there since 2009, stepped down.
