Annemarie Maitri, owner of the Bloom Bindery in Middleton, closed her Middleton bakery and book shop and now has just one store, at 1851 Monroe St. in Madison.
Last May, Maitri expanded the Middleton location’s focus to promote literacy, but owning and managing two thriving shops proved challenging, according to a Wisconsin State Journalstory.
The Monroe Street location will now combine the best of the two shops and continue Maitri’s focus on literacy.
