Janesville-headquartered Blain’s Farm & Fleet on Thursday announced that it has been named one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2025 by Forbes for the seventh consecutive year. This year is its first recognition in the Large Employers category.
Among Wisconsin’s Large Employers, Blain’s Farm & Fleet secured second place in the Retail and Wholesale category and sixth place among all categories. Additionally, the company finished 23rd among all Large Employers nationwide in the Retail and Wholesale category.
The Midwest retailer achieved a new milestone this year, moving from the Best Midsize Employer category to the Best Large Employer category after exceeding the 5,000-employee threshold.
America’s Best Employers rankings are based on an independent survey of over 217,000 U.S. employees at companies with workforces of 1,000 or more. Participants evaluated their employers on key factors, including workplace culture, career development, compensation, and overall job satisfaction.
