The Madison City Council has approved rezoning of the Bishop O’Connor Catholic Pastoral Center property at 702 S. High Point Road to transform it into market-rate apartments, a catering business, a place of worship, and outdoor recreation space. The Diocese of Madison will lease the property to developer Gorman & Co. Renovations are expected to be completed by June 2016.
