Bryan Renk has stepped down as executive director of BioForward, Inc., according to a report in The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Renk led BioForward, a state trade organization for the bioscience industry, since 2009. The article suggested that the organization’s failure to increase membership during his tenure could have contributed to the decision. A search for his replacement is underway, and an interim director will be named soon.
