Adams Outdoor Advertising’s lawsuit challenging the city of Madison sign ordinance was dismissed in federal court, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal. U.S. District Judge James Peterson’s decision ruled that there is no constitutional problem with the city’s sign ordinance that essentially bans new billboards.
